• Beach Petroleum Ltd has acquired 90% interest over the Permian section to basement. ADE’s interest in PEL218 is 10% from surface to basement and 20% in the post permian

PEL 105: Cooper Basin, central Australia

• Anticlinal and flank plays in the liquids-rich Patchawarra Trough
• Surrounded by oil and gas fields and in close proximity to major oil and gas hubs
• Seismic shot and drilling target selected

PEL 255: on-shore Otway Basin, south-east South Australia

• ADE receives income from the Katnook gas plant (100% ADE) in the Otway Basin
• Jacaranda Ridge-2 discovery well flowed 3 mmcfd with 235 barrels oil and condensate/day
• 2 wells drilled in 2010 - Gas flowed to surface and currently on test
